Article One: Definitions
Company: Ebtikarat Information Technology Company, with Commercial Registration No (1010680452) established on January 14, 2021, headquartered in the city of Riyadh or any of its affiliated companies and branches.
User: It is the natural or legal person benefiting from or registered with Eltezaam application services.
Application: It is Eltezaam application, through which it provides contractual solutions electronic archiving, and the application’s employees.
Services: All related services provided by the company through Eltezaam application.
Laws and Regulations: it means the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The absent and possessive pronouns in this agreement (her/her/their/their) and the like refer to the company.
Article two: Privacy
Eltezaam application uses the user's personal data in the appropriate manner and as set out in the Terms and Conditions agreement.
Article Three: Data Protection
1. The user gives full consent to the application when it stores data in its personal file, and authorizes the application to use this data and make it available to government or private agencies (as the case may be), and it includes, for example: first name, last name, email address, phone number or residence - with city and code Postal code and country - identification number, gender, date of birth and nationality.
Article Four: Collecting and Processing of Personal Data
The Application may ask the user for the necessary data to provide its services and information:
1. Log in and user’s information, such as name, job title, email address, and other information; In this case, the application cannot be used as an anonymous user.
2. Request information about the user when writing comments or participating in surveys (questionnaires).
The application is committed to the confidentiality of the information, and it will not be made available to third parties in any way or by persons who receive instructions from the application, except with the express consent of the user.
Article Five: Cookies
The application or its website linked to it may use cookies to:
1. For the application or website to be easier and better to use and to be able to arrange and configure products and services in accordance with the requirements of the interest and needs of the application.
2. To collect anonymous user statistics to allow the application to understand how visitors use the application or the site and help the application to improve its structure and content, bearing in mind that the user cannot be identified personally through this information, and the user may not use the features of cookies.
Article Six: Data Retention
The application retains personal data if it is necessary to carry out the service that the user has requested or that the user has authorized.
Article Seven: Security
The application takes all technical and governmental security measures to protect the available information from manipulation and tampering it, and to protect it from loss, damage, or access by unauthorized persons. Security measures are constantly reviewed and revised to keep pace with the latest technology.
Article Eight: Saving Data
The application confirms that it exerts utmost care in preserving and protecting data.
